Apparel Design and Production Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage⠀production⠀timelines⠀of new and⠀existing⠀garments
• Coordinate⠀with 3rd⠀parties on⠀design,⠀materials,⠀and⠀production
• Work⠀closely⠀with CEO⠀on new⠀product⠀designs
• Conduct⠀market⠀research⠀on⠀customer⠀apparel⠀needs and⠀trends
• Collaborate⠀with⠀marketing⠀and⠀support⠀teams to⠀understand⠀customer⠀feedback
• Maintain⠀quality⠀control⠀processes⠀covering⠀sourcing⠀and⠀production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀Fashion⠀Design,⠀Textile⠀Engineering,⠀or a⠀related⠀field
• Understanding⠀of apparel⠀design,⠀fabric⠀selection,⠀and⠀garment⠀construction
• Ability⠀to manage⠀multiple⠀projects⠀simultaneously
• Ability⠀to learn⠀and thrive⠀in a fast⠀paced,⠀dynamic⠀environment
• Strong⠀oral and⠀written⠀communication⠀skills
• Intellectual⠀curiosity
• Detail⠀oriented
• Passion⠀for⠀athletic⠀wear and a⠀keen eye⠀for⠀fashion⠀trends
• Proficient⠀in design⠀software⠀and⠀spreadsheets
