As a Social Analyst at Publicis Groupe, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining media campaign development and activation across social media channels. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytically-minded individual with creativity and a strong understanding of how consumers use social media in their decision-making process. This role involves active participation in an entry-level training program, including a social-specific training track to enhance your expertise.
Role Objectives
- Campaign Research & Development: Gather research to build new social media campaigns and monitor the approval process.
- Traffic and Campaign Management: Traffic approved plans, monitor budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments for active campaigns.
- Platform Management: Utilize tools for Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, Yelp, Uber Eats, and DoorDash to create, optimize, and report on campaigns.
- Optimization Recommendations: Develop recommendations for campaign optimizations in partnership with the Manager.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, pulling insights to inform reporting and optimize future campaigns.
- Billing & Reconciliation: Maintain monthly billing cycles, resolve billing discrepancies, and collaborate with the client strategy and billing teams for reconciliation.
- Learning & Development: Complete required training programs and certifications to expand knowledge of social media tools, reporting, and analytics.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and ad formats in the social media industry.
Qualifications
- Experience: Some professional paid media or internship experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in social media marketing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and perform mathematical tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
