Role Overview
As a Search Marketing Analyst, you’ll contribute to the management of integrated SEM campaigns, focusing on Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo platforms. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and optimization to meet key business goals, actively participating in meetings, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Paid Search space (PPC) and to develop SEM skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SEM program elements including keyword strategy, ad creatives, and optimization
  • Conduct data assimilation and analysis to draw actionable conclusions
  • Execute and test bid strategies, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets/pacing
  • Translate client goals into SEM tactics and ensure effective campaign execution
  • Apply Paid Search best practices, offer optimizations, and troubleshoot issues
  • Stay updated on SEM trends and share insights with internal/external teams
  • Write ad copy and assist with tagging/traffic management for ad rotation
  • Support performance forecasting, budget allocation, and data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients, providing timely reports and insights
  • Foster positive relationships with SEM, strategy, and other cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 1-2 years in analytical or digital marketing, with SEM exposure preferred
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative and data interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and a passion for SEM
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Interest in relationship-building and team collaboration
