The Analyst, eCommerce Marketing will lead Retail Media and E-commerce Marketing strategy for Ferrara's portfolio across key omnichannel retailers. The position involves managing campaigns, tracking performance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the brand’s growth through digital media and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail media & e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Oversee campaign performance, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage retail media operations, including budgeting, billing, and financial tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (brand, sales, media) for campaign coordination and execution.
  • Optimize retail media performance, working with agency partners to drive results.
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns with brand objectives and in-store activations.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years in CPG eCommerce marketing or retail media with hands-on experience (Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target).
  • Knowledge of paid search, digital media tactics (display ads, video, shoppable content).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business and performance data.
  • Proficient in digital media planning and use of analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Pacvue, Tableau, AmazonAds).
  • Experience managing third-party digital media agencies and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
