The Analyst, eCommerce Marketing will lead the Retail Media & eCommerce Marketing strategy for Ferrara’s portfolio across major omnichannel retailers. This role requires working closely with both internal teams (brand, sales/e-commerce, media, customer marketing, shopper organizations) and external agency partners to drive retail media and e-commerce sales growth. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with retail media, a deep understanding of retail best practices, and a proven track record of collaborating effectively to achieve strong business outcomes.

Ways You Will Make a Difference

  • Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute Retail Media & eCommerce Marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: Coordinate campaigns, ensuring they are executed flawlessly with KPIs tracked and reported on. Analyze performance, identify improvements, and share key learnings.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Manage retail media flow charts, flighting, pacing, PO creation, and financial tracking to ensure alignment with internal finance and accounting teams.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with brand and SSCM teams to ensure major campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall brand/business objectives.
  • Optimization & Reporting: Continuously optimize media performance, track key metrics, and collaborate with agency partners to improve business outcomes.
  • Campaign Asset Management: Oversee the securing of campaign assets, approval of creative, and coordination with retailer media groups for seamless execution.

Skills That Will Make You Successful

  • Retail Media Experience: Prior experience working with major CPG retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target) and understanding retail media networks.
  • Media Strategy & Tactics: Expertise in paid search and digital performance media tactics, including on-site/off-site display, OLV, and shoppable video.
  • Data & Analytics Proficiency: Ability to analyze macro performance data (sales, share), and integrate findings into reporting and business recommendations.
  • Retail Media Planning & Digital Tools: Experience with retail media planning and digital media analytics tools. Familiarity with platforms like SAP, Pacvue, Tableau, Amazon Ads, and Criteo is a plus.
  • Third-Party Agency Management: Experience working with third-party digital media agencies, managing scope, resources, and performance.
  • Problem Solving & Communication Skills: Strong critical thinking skills, with a customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in CPG eCommerce marketing or eCommerce, with hands-on retail media planning and execution.
  • Tools & Systems: Knowledge of search campaigns and media execution tools such as SAP, Amazon Ads, and digital media analytics platforms.
