Job Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Support Senior Product Specialists by performing in-depth research to guide product enhancements and inform pricing strategies.
  • Routine Coordination: Oversee documentation and processes tied to product management, ensuring comprehensive records for regulatory and governance purposes.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage aspects of product financials, including revenue, profit margins, and investment profiles.
  • Operational Support: Participate in risk oversight routines, governance committees, and projects, collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and implement controls.

Key Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Desired: Background in governance, alternative investments, or retirement products is beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills Needed

  • Core Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, quality assurance, and critical thinking.
  • Technical Skills: Business analytics, data governance, process management, and product management knowledge.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Shift: 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
  • Location: Bank of America Tower, New York, NY.
  • Compensation: $45.46 - $55.55 per hour, based on experience and skills, along with eligibility for an annual discretionary performance award.
