This⠀individual⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀building⠀client⠀relationships⠀with Human⠀Resources⠀Executive⠀media⠀clients⠀and⠀strategic⠀partners.⠀The⠀Advertising⠀Sales⠀Executive⠀will⠀contribute⠀to⠀corporate⠀and⠀portfolio⠀goals by⠀successfully⠀managing a⠀book of⠀existing⠀business⠀while⠀cultivating⠀new⠀relationships⠀and⠀closing⠀new⠀clients to⠀drive⠀revenue⠀growth.⠀This role⠀requires⠀excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀organization⠀skills and⠀a passion⠀for⠀delivering⠀products⠀that⠀deliver⠀exceptional⠀customer⠀value. Prospecting and Relationship Building
- As an⠀individual⠀contributor,⠀drive⠀sales⠀initiatives⠀to meet⠀and exceed⠀established⠀revenue⠀targets⠀and⠀account⠀renewals.
- Proactively⠀cold-call⠀and engage⠀prospects⠀and⠀effectively⠀communicate⠀the⠀benefits⠀of ETC’s⠀media⠀products⠀and⠀solutions.
- Cultivate⠀and⠀maintain⠀strong⠀relationships⠀with key⠀customers⠀to ensure⠀maximum⠀engagement⠀and⠀satisfaction.
- Regularly⠀communicate⠀with key⠀contacts⠀by phone⠀and email⠀to⠀understand⠀their⠀business⠀needs and⠀objectives,⠀tailoring⠀offerings⠀accordingly.
- As⠀needed,⠀conduct⠀in-person⠀visits/presentations⠀with⠀clients⠀and⠀prospects⠀to foster⠀relationships⠀and close⠀deals.
Reporting and Data Management
- Maintain⠀accurate⠀and⠀detailed⠀records of⠀all client⠀interactions⠀and sales⠀activities⠀using⠀Salesforce.com.
- Research⠀future⠀opportunities⠀and⠀maintain a⠀comprehensive⠀list of⠀potential⠀clients as⠀needed,⠀leveraging⠀market⠀insights⠀and⠀industry⠀trends.
- Prepare⠀sales⠀reports⠀detailing⠀sales⠀volume,⠀pacing,⠀potential⠀sales, and⠀areas of⠀proposed⠀client⠀base⠀expansion⠀to⠀Associate⠀Publisher⠀on a⠀regular⠀basis.
- Analyze⠀and review⠀all ad⠀units to⠀maintain⠀rate⠀integrity⠀and⠀increase⠀revenue.
Strategy, Communication, and Collaboration
- Collaborate⠀with the⠀Associate⠀Publisher,⠀content⠀team, and⠀marketing⠀team to⠀understand⠀future⠀media⠀plans and⠀objectives.
- Stay⠀abreast of⠀market⠀developments⠀and⠀identify⠀new growth⠀opportunities⠀for sales⠀within the⠀industry.
- Represent⠀the⠀company at⠀various⠀industry⠀events and⠀conferences⠀to promote⠀our⠀offerings⠀and expand⠀our⠀network.
- Analyze⠀competing⠀media⠀products⠀to⠀identify⠀strengths,⠀weaknesses,⠀and⠀opportunities⠀for⠀differentiation.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years⠀of proven⠀experience⠀in digital⠀media/advertising⠀sales,⠀with a⠀focus on⠀consultative⠀sales,⠀enterprise⠀sales,⠀cold⠀prospecting⠀and⠀relationship⠀building.⠀Bachelor’s⠀degree in⠀business⠀administration⠀or a⠀related⠀field of⠀study is⠀preferred⠀but not⠀required.
- Goal⠀oriented⠀mentality⠀with a⠀high⠀energy⠀approach⠀to client⠀interactions
- Interest⠀in the⠀latest⠀media⠀advertising⠀methodologies⠀and⠀solutions
- Exceptional⠀communication⠀skills,⠀both⠀verbal and⠀written,⠀with a⠀strong⠀ability to⠀deliver⠀persuasive⠀sales⠀presentations.
- Demonstrated⠀ability to⠀sell to⠀decision-makers⠀and⠀maintain⠀long-term⠀relationships⠀with⠀clients.
- Strong⠀problem-solving⠀skills and⠀ability to⠀think⠀creatively⠀to⠀overcome⠀challenges.
- Proficiency⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀suite.
- Experience⠀using⠀Salesforce⠀is⠀preferred⠀but not⠀required.
- Willingness⠀to travel⠀to⠀industry⠀tradeshows,⠀conferences,⠀and⠀networking⠀events.
