To provide⠀the⠀administration⠀support⠀required⠀for the⠀department⠀and its⠀section⠀functions⠀to ensure⠀the smooth⠀day to day⠀management⠀of⠀business⠀activities.⠀This role⠀requires⠀the use of⠀a variety⠀of⠀technological⠀systems⠀and⠀applications.⠀It⠀interacts⠀with⠀internal⠀colleagues,⠀and⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀stakeholders⠀to support⠀a variety⠀of⠀department⠀activities.
- Ensure⠀administration⠀work⠀undertaken⠀is in⠀accordance⠀with⠀department⠀procedures,⠀standards,⠀and⠀policies.
- Support⠀the⠀coordination⠀of tasks⠀related to⠀general⠀administration,⠀HR,⠀procurement,⠀finance,⠀and⠀training.
- Provide⠀admin⠀systems⠀support⠀including⠀data⠀entry,⠀maintenance,⠀update and⠀support of⠀relevant⠀systems⠀and⠀equipment.
- Produce⠀reports as⠀required.⠀Collate,⠀analyse,⠀archive,⠀and⠀retrieve⠀data /⠀information⠀when⠀necessary.
- Handle⠀customer/employee⠀requests,⠀actioning⠀transactions,⠀tasks, and⠀queries in⠀a timely⠀manner to⠀provide a⠀high level⠀of service⠀for all⠀admin⠀related⠀activities.
- Complete⠀timely and⠀accurate⠀processing⠀of⠀transactions,⠀including⠀auditing⠀and stock⠀control,⠀and
- reconciliation⠀for⠀settlement⠀of⠀corporate⠀expenses.
- Prepare⠀and⠀maintain⠀relevant⠀documentation⠀to support⠀departmental⠀functions.
- Provide⠀support in⠀maintaining,⠀issuing,⠀and⠀tracking⠀supplies,⠀basic⠀fixtures,⠀fittings,⠀and
- facilities⠀for the⠀department
- Support⠀the⠀training⠀activities⠀conducted⠀or⠀attended⠀by the⠀department.

Knowledge/Skills
- Completion⠀of⠀Secondary⠀Education.
- 2⠀years of⠀experience⠀in an⠀administrative⠀or office⠀environment.
