This Administrative Assistant role at Macquarie Capital Central offers a dynamic opportunity to provide key support to both the Executive Assistant of the Global Head of Macquarie Capital and the wider team. Here’s a breakdown of what this position entails and the skills and experience required:

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Travel Management: Coordinating both domestic and international business travel, handling schedules, and managing expenses.
  • Document and Meeting Management: Managing contacts, documents, and meetings in Salesforce, preparing materials, and assisting in maintaining a shared filing system.
  • Collaboration and Event Coordination: Working with both internal and external contacts to arrange events, assist in ad-hoc projects, and provide coverage for Executive Assistants when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 1-3 years in administrative support within professional services.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as virtual meeting software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, prioritization, resourcefulness, and discretion.
  • Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, showing adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, with potential for annual discretionary incentives.
