A highly respected group in the coffee sector, based in Abu Dhabi, known for its high-quality coffee brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region. Job Description:
• Managing and maintaining office files, documents, and records.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
• Taking meeting minutes and preparing meeting agendas.
• Handling routine correspondence on behalf of the Head of Operations and other related tasks
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arab nationals
• 28 to 40 years old
• At least 5 years’ experience in the same role
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
