Ad Operations Associate

23andMe is⠀seeking an⠀Ad⠀Operations⠀Associate⠀to join⠀our⠀growing⠀gene pool!⠀The⠀marketing⠀team is on⠀a mission⠀to create⠀compelling⠀campaigns⠀that⠀inspire⠀customers⠀to learn⠀more about⠀their⠀genetics.⠀The Ad⠀Operations⠀Associate⠀will be a⠀critical⠀part of⠀the⠀acquisition⠀marketing⠀team,⠀ensuring⠀smooth⠀deployment⠀and⠀function⠀across⠀channel⠀programs.⠀This role⠀will⠀primarily⠀support⠀our⠀large-scale⠀portfolio⠀of online⠀programs,⠀such as⠀SEM,⠀Video,⠀Display,⠀Programmatic,⠀Social,⠀TV, and⠀Affiliate⠀and work⠀closely⠀with the⠀internal⠀Ad Ops⠀team. The⠀ideal⠀candidate⠀will have⠀experience⠀operationalizing⠀online⠀marketing⠀campaigns⠀and be⠀highly⠀detail-oriented⠀with a⠀drive to⠀improve⠀function.

What You'll Do

• Support ad⠀operations⠀for all⠀paid media⠀channels⠀including⠀but not⠀limited to⠀SEM,⠀Display,⠀Video,⠀Social,⠀TV, and⠀Affiliate.
• Work⠀in adtech⠀platforms⠀and with⠀partners⠀to⠀traffick⠀campaigns,⠀implement⠀tagging,⠀and QA⠀assets in⠀support of⠀promotions,⠀product⠀releases,⠀and⠀creative⠀updates.
• Support⠀landing⠀page⠀testing⠀initiatives⠀for the⠀paid⠀marketing⠀programs -⠀assisting⠀in⠀creative⠀development,⠀test setup⠀and⠀analysis.
• Maintain,⠀update,⠀and⠀troubleshoot⠀campaign⠀tagging⠀and⠀tracking.
• Document⠀internal⠀processes⠀and⠀policies⠀tied to ad⠀operations.
• Work⠀with⠀Marketing,⠀Engineering,⠀Privacy &⠀Security,⠀and other⠀cross⠀functional⠀teams to⠀inform,⠀test, and⠀implement⠀product⠀and⠀operational⠀improvements.
• Research,⠀scope,⠀implement,⠀test,⠀evaluate⠀new ad⠀technologies⠀23andMe⠀may⠀benefit⠀from as⠀the⠀company⠀and⠀advertising⠀landscape⠀evolve.
• Perform⠀other⠀operational⠀duties as⠀deemed⠀necessary⠀by the⠀marketing⠀team⠀managers.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years⠀of⠀experience⠀in an ad⠀operations⠀role such⠀as an ad⠀trafficker,⠀ad network⠀or DSP⠀support.
• Agency⠀experience⠀preferred.
• Proficient⠀using⠀digital⠀tracking/reporting⠀systems⠀(Google⠀Marketing⠀Platform⠀(CM360,⠀SA360,⠀DV360)⠀Google Tag⠀Manager,⠀Google⠀Ads, Meta⠀Ads,⠀Microsoft⠀Ads,⠀etc.).
• Experience⠀in⠀troubleshooting⠀ad serving⠀and⠀tracking⠀technical⠀issues.
• Web⠀development⠀experience⠀with⠀strong⠀HTML/Javascript⠀skills is⠀a⠀plus.
• Creative⠀problem-solving⠀and⠀analytical⠀skills.
• Strong⠀attention⠀to detail⠀and⠀quality⠀control.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀project⠀management⠀skills.
• Highly⠀collaborative⠀and strong⠀cross-functional⠀player.
• Ability⠀to manage⠀multiple⠀projects⠀simultaneously⠀against⠀tight⠀deadlines.
• Proficient⠀in⠀Excel.
• Bachelor's⠀degree.
• Experience⠀in⠀healthcare⠀industry a⠀plus.
• Previous⠀experience⠀with⠀landing⠀page⠀testing a⠀plus.
