YOUR ROLE

  • Engage and⠀activate⠀assigned⠀field⠀sales⠀team,⠀coordinate/support⠀with⠀application⠀know-how⠀and⠀trainings.
  • This⠀role is⠀fully⠀remote and⠀can be⠀based⠀anywhere⠀in the⠀United⠀States.
  • Engage⠀customers⠀jointly⠀with⠀assigned⠀field⠀sales⠀resources;⠀identify⠀Top-2-Top⠀account⠀relationships⠀that⠀require⠀Sales Area⠀Manager /⠀Regional⠀Sales⠀Leader⠀support.
  • Work⠀with⠀engineers⠀and⠀companies⠀that⠀directly⠀support⠀our Global⠀Target⠀customers⠀for⠀specifications⠀of Henkel⠀technologies.
  • Increase⠀sales⠀pipeline⠀year over⠀year for⠀added⠀market⠀share at⠀Global⠀Target⠀accounts.
  • Identifying⠀future⠀market⠀trends,⠀products,⠀applications⠀and/or⠀services⠀and⠀translating⠀them into⠀business⠀growth⠀opportunities.
  • Developing⠀and⠀supporting⠀the⠀General⠀Manufacturing⠀KSI2 (Key⠀Strategic⠀Initiative⠀2)⠀strategy⠀to steer⠀profitable⠀growth⠀regionally⠀and⠀globally.
  • Coordination⠀of input⠀to⠀processes⠀and⠀departments,⠀initiating,⠀and⠀supporting⠀innovation⠀projects.
  • Travel⠀within⠀specified⠀territory.⠀Approximately⠀40%⠀overnight⠀travel⠀required.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proven⠀track⠀record of⠀active⠀pipeline,⠀account⠀management,⠀sales, and⠀profit⠀growth.
  • Combination⠀of Sales⠀Management,⠀Sales⠀and/or⠀Marketing⠀within a⠀similar⠀market.
  • Ability⠀to plan⠀for the⠀long term⠀while⠀driving⠀customer⠀success⠀stories in⠀the short⠀term.
  • Strategic⠀planning⠀and⠀partnership⠀planning/execution.
  • Ability⠀to meet⠀deadlines⠀and growth⠀targets.
  • Lead⠀generation⠀and total⠀solution⠀selling⠀experience⠀for both⠀resin and⠀equipment.
  • Ability⠀to adapt⠀quickly⠀with⠀market or⠀directional⠀change.

The salary⠀for this⠀role is⠀$100,000.00⠀-⠀$115,000.00.⠀This is⠀the range⠀that we in⠀good faith⠀anticipate⠀relying on⠀when⠀setting⠀wages for⠀this⠀position.⠀We may⠀ultimately⠀pay more⠀or less⠀than the⠀posted⠀range and⠀this⠀range.⠀This⠀salary⠀range may⠀also be⠀modified⠀in the⠀future.
