About⠀the⠀role

This⠀is an⠀individual⠀contributor⠀role⠀reporting⠀to the⠀U.S.⠀Account⠀Payable⠀Manager.

What you'll be doing

Process⠀high⠀volume⠀invoices⠀for⠀payment⠀within a⠀timely⠀manner,⠀ensuring⠀that⠀appropriate⠀documentation⠀is⠀archived⠀in the ERP⠀utilizing⠀established⠀workflows⠀to capture⠀PTP⠀requirements.
Proactively⠀reach out⠀to the⠀business⠀owners⠀and/or⠀vendors to⠀research⠀and⠀resolve⠀all vendor⠀invoicing⠀discrepancies⠀and⠀disputes⠀timely.⠀Own the⠀process to⠀resolution⠀and⠀communication⠀where⠀required.
Manage⠀the shared⠀AP Email⠀inbox for⠀timely⠀invoice⠀intake and⠀inquiries⠀and vendor⠀account⠀reconciliations⠀and⠀resolution.
Run⠀and review⠀the open⠀Pending⠀Approval⠀Reports⠀and Aging⠀Reports⠀from ERP,⠀taking⠀appropriate⠀action to⠀resolve⠀open items⠀and⠀issues.
Participate⠀in the⠀preparation⠀and⠀process of⠀weekly ACH⠀and Wire⠀disbursements
Ensure⠀data⠀integrity⠀within⠀vendor⠀master and⠀ERP⠀reporting
Work⠀cross-functionally⠀participating⠀in ERP⠀projects⠀and⠀enhancements.
Help⠀identify,⠀drive, and⠀participate⠀in⠀implementing⠀process⠀improvements⠀while⠀documenting⠀new and⠀existing⠀processes
Assists⠀AP Manager⠀in various⠀projects⠀and⠀assignments⠀as⠀required⠀to support⠀strategic⠀and cross⠀functional⠀projects

Bachelor’s⠀Degree and⠀5+ years⠀of⠀procure-to-pay/accounts⠀payable⠀experience⠀in a⠀similar⠀role, will⠀consider⠀level of⠀experience⠀in lieu of⠀degree
Knowledge⠀of P2P⠀functions,⠀general⠀accounting⠀practices,⠀and SOX⠀requirements
Advanced⠀proficiency⠀with⠀Microsoft⠀tools⠀(Excel,⠀Outlook,⠀Word,)⠀required
Experience⠀with⠀financial⠀system⠀integration⠀projects
