Corporate Account Executive Role

Equinox is seeking a Corporate Account Executive for its Seattle location. This role is ideal for a driven, high-energy individual with a passion for health, wellness, and sales. The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales goals, growing the corporate client base, and fostering strong relationships with corporate partners. Success in this role will be built on collaboration, planning, and strategic thinking, leveraging the Equinox brand to support corporate wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and prospect new business.
  • Plan and facilitate wellness events and communications for corporate clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key corporate stakeholders, including HR and executives.
  • Execute and lead corporate sales strategy at the club level, while coaching membership advisors.
  • Organize multiple corporate events and workshops to drive lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Value-based sales experience preferred.
  • Leadership skills and a passion for health and fitness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with E-CRM systems and portfolio management preferred.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quantitative metrics.

  • Competitive base salary of $70-$75K annually, plus commissions and bonuses.
