Back End Back End Associate

As a Back End Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the loading and unloading of trucks, as well as efficiently processing new merchandise in accordance with Forman Mills' productivity standards. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a variety of store areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring merchandise is processed quickly and accurately.
• Hang and/or process new merchandise in accordance with Forman Mills' productivity standards.
• Work in various areas of the store as directed by supervisors and management, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and frontend.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, adhering to Forman Mills' written policies, procedures, and directives.
• Use basic math skills to operate registers, make change, and assist in inventory management.
• Safely use cutting knives to open cartons and verify the contents of shipments.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering cartons weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Continuously engage in repetitive activities, such as bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, and pushing/pulling as necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work varied hours, including 2-3 nights per week, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Flexibility to work in multiple store areas, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and frontend.
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay policies and training materials to team members and customers.
• Ability to perform basic math functions to handle register duties, inventory checks, and change making.
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver items up to 60 lbs, and engage in frequent walking, standing, and bending.
